Obituary for Josephine D. Wyatt

Josephine D. Wyatt, 93 of Oak Ridge passed away on August 15, 2018 at NCH in Columbia, TN.

She was born in Bradford, Tennessee on August 30, 1924.

In the 1940’s she worked for Wolf Creek Ordinance Plant in Milam, Tennessee before being hired as a lab analyst with Union Carbide at the K-25 facility.

Josephine was a member of First United Methodist Church, she enjoyed gardening, was a member of Eastern Star Chapter 390 and the Oak Ridge Pilot Club.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Wyatt of Spring Hill, Tennessee.

The graveside service will be held at Oak Ridge Memorial Park on Tuesday, August 21st at 3:30 PM. The receiving of friends will be held from 4 PM until 4:30 PM at First United Methodist Church with the memorial service beginning at 4:30. Rev. Mark Flynn will be officiating.
