Obituary for Paul Preston Sandusky

Paul Preston Sandusky, 66 of Knoxville passed away on February 20, 2018 with his family beside him.

He was born June 13, 1951 in Corpus Christi, Texas to parents Lloyd Joe Sandusky and Patsy Campbell Sandusky. Paul was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother.

He was a Veteran with the U.S. Marines (1969-1973) and a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Union #270, Oak Ridge.

Among the things he enjoyed were watching western movies and crime stories as well as spending time with his family.

Paul was preceded in death by:
Father, Lloyd Sandusky;
Maternal grandparents, Lewis and Gladys Campbell;
Paternal grandparents, Preston and Leila Sandusky;
In-laws, Roy and Lalar Silcox.

His survivors include:
Wife, Mary;
Daughter, Wendy Perry and husband, Michael;
Grandson, Caleb Preston Perry;
Mother, Patsy Sandusky of San Antonio, Texas;
Brother, Howard Sandusky and wife, Nancy of San Antonio;
Sister, Carol Sandusky of Napa, California; a host of many nieces and nephews;
Special friends, William Bullock and Louise Smith.

The family will receive friends at Weatherford Mortuary on Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 6:30 – 8:30 PM. The funeral service will be on Friday, 1:30 PM at Weatherford Mortuary with Frank Dudley of Amedisys Hospice officiating. The graveside service to follow at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Claxton.
